If you love Greek & Mediterranean-style dishes, freshest sea food flown daily from Greek Islands, than Estiatorio Milos is definitely the restaurant that should be on your radar.
Recognized as one of the finest Mediterranean seafood restaurants in the world, dining at Estiatorio Milos is an experience unlike any other, which is why Edward and I were so excited to attend the Grand Dinner as Estiatorio Milos opened doors at Venetian Las Vegas. Beautifully decorated, I especially loved the calming color palette of earth tones and soft blues, the ambient lighting, and of course the enormous aged amphoras. Though I will talk about food in a moment, I think what made us fall in love with this restaurant is the fact that it is simply a very special place and it made our night feel very special as well. It’s been a while since Edward and I truly dressed up and went out to dinner together, and Estiatorio Milos was exactly the fine dining experience we have been craving.
Our particular recommendation is to arrive early, and have a fabulous drink at the bar before your dinner. Though all the cocktails we’ve tried were absolutely phenomenal, the Greek Mule was perhaps our favorite. I am very fond of refreshing drinks that feel light on the palette, and The Greek Mule tasted like Summer in a cup!
The aged amphoras and this bar, honestly I absolutely love the ambience…. So calming and relaxing, yet chic and swanky at the same time!
Not let’s talk about the food… and trust me, I could probably write an entire blog post on just food alone because it is that good. Estiatorio Milos is known for using the freshest available ingredients including local fruits and vegetables and fresh seafood flown from Greek Islands daily. The quality of ingredients definitely comes threw in every dish. Our particular favorites? There are many, but I highly recommend the Milos Special (lightly fried zucchini and eggplant tower), Grilled Octopus, Fish in Sea Salt, The Greek Salad & Baklava!
