Are you into it? Because I am! After season upon season of micro bags reigning supreme, I am really glad to see roomy totes making a comeback! Practicality aside, big bags create a big impact, don’t you find?
Trend of the moment when it comes to totes is quilting, puffer finish and of course the oversized look. Personally I love it all, which is why I am so obsessed with my latest find – the Alexa Quilt tote from Akris!
Love the size because it is definitely big enough to fit all of my daily necessities, I also find that it’s a perfect travel bag because it can be easily used as a carryall. Took it on my recent trip to Napa and it fit all the things I typically put in my duffer bag, and looked super chic and stylish.
The water repellant finish is another plus. It’s super easy to clean which I love, so it’s definitely one of those bags that you don’t have to be overly careful with and can just enjoy. Today, I paired it with a gorgeous dress from Akris (another recent find) but I also love the way it looks with more casual items like combat boots, oversized coats and chunky knits!
